JSC Berlin: Artist Talk & Screening
The Julia Stoschek Foundation is collaborating with German public-broadcaster WDR and film production company Turbokultur on a documentary short series called SYNC:IN, for which the artists Danielle Brathwaite-Shirley, Harriet Davey, Anna Ehrenstein, Tara Habibzadeh,and Kianí del Valle have interpreted Hieronymus Bosch’s “The Garden of Early Delights” using the method of an exquisite corpse, by which a collection of words or images is collectively assembled.
On this evening, the result of the collaborative project titled “cosmos dark layers shifting fãçts” will be presented for the very first time, followed by an artist talk with Danielle Brathwaite-Shirley, Harriet Davey, Tara Habibzadeh, and Lisa Long, curator of the Julia Stoschek Foundation.
With music by Trust Sonntags and drinks from 9 p.m.
